Culture E-Information System for municipality of Zabrze

Project has been executed in 2010/2011 by the consortium of Comarch S.A, Terramap Sp. z o.o. and Eurosystem S.A.
Culture E-Information System is a web-service administrated by the City of Zabrze, targeting both the community residents and tourists. Service collects and provides information about the concerned institutions of culture and current events from all over the community.
One of project’s goals was to create a 3D module enables virtual tour of selected objects in Zabrze through a web browser. This module also enables limited search of individual objects and culture events.
Within scope of work digital terrain model, infrastructure layers, selected layers of land use and 3D buildings (3 groups: LOD 1, LOD 3 and LOD 4) have been created.
